1. Product overview:

The top pile driver of new type GZYD is the third generation of machine (with intention patent) invented and produced by the scientific and technological people of our company, which is a large equipment for foundation construction without providing vibration and noise as well as pollution to the environment .This product , developed through precise and scientific analysis and calculation based on the patent technologies of the original top pile driver type GZYD, has been proved stable in performance through a large number of experiments and engineering constructions. Compared with the product of last generation, this one can provide higher efficiency and better quality for pile pressing using the technologies firstly invented by the company through out the country.

该机型具有以下独特性能及优点： This machine is provided with the following unique performances and advantages:

1、压桩系统采用抱、顶压拉杆式，分别由两对拉杆对每节桩不停顿连续顶压，其压桩速度均比YZY型单梁抱压机、GZY型双梁抱压机两种机型压桩速度都要快。而且不损坏桩体。

1. the pull rod of holding and top driving type are adopted in the pile driving system so that each pile can be top driven continuously by the two pair of pull rods at a speed faster than the other two types of machines, the single-beam holding type driving machine of model YZY and double -beam holding type driving machine of model GZY, without damaging the pile body.

2、压桩工艺为抱(压)顶压相结合进行压桩，吊进桩时通过下梁夹持机构将桩抱住并达到垂直定位压桩，随后顶压梁落位压桩，保证了压桩的垂直度。

2 the pile driving is performed through the combination of holding pressing and top driving. When lifting the piles, the piles are held by the beam holding mechanism so that the piles can be vertically positioned before pile driving .Then the piles driving can be performed by the top driving beam to ensure the perpendicularity for pile driving.

3、顶压桩架上自带送桩器送桩，在送桩时不需将送桩器吊进吊出，减少了以前那种使用送桩器繁琐的操作步骤。

3 The top driving pile frame is provided with pile follower to carry out pile following. When carrying out the pile following, the pile follower is not required to be lifted in and out, saving the previous operation steps of using pile follower which was complicated.

4、在静压桩时遇见难以穿的地层时，可装用引孔钻杆，组合钻压沉桩穿层。还可装用液压冲击锤，在静压桩时，组合冲击静压两力进行沉桩穿层，能起到加深进入持力层深度，达到提高单桩承载能力和降低基础造价的目的。

4 If the stratum can not be penetrated is encountered when carrying out the static pile driving, boring rod shall be used to penetrate through the stratum .Alternatively, the hydraulic impacting hammer can be used to do that through the combination of the impacting force and static force so as to deepen the depth of bearing stratum, increase the bearing capacity of single pile and reduce the cost for foundation construction.

5、快速准确找准桩位，桩机设有沿十字轴线运行特点，对准桩位时可同时进行纵横移和回转。

5 The pile location can be quickly and precisely found .the pile driver is capable of moving along the cross axis and performing longitudinal displacement, transverse displacement and rotation when aligning with the pile location

6、油温控制：为保持液压系统的可靠性和稳定性，液压介质设有降油温系统。

8、该顶压机转场比现有各类顶压机要方便，压桩机构拆卸时只须将内外拉杆在中心座上拆下，其有关部分便可装车运输。

8This pile driver is more convenient in changing jobsite than the existing various top driving machine. When dismantling it, it is only required to remove the internal and external pull rod from the center base .Then the remaining part can be loaded and transported.
